Jeffrey Schenfeld is a candidate for Vice President at Large on the FEARLESS SLATE, showcasing his unwavering commitment to Teamsters leadership. His journey with the Teamsters began in 1996 at UPS in Uniondale, NY, where he started as a part-timer and rose to become a full-time package car driver.

After relocating to Texas in 2006 and briefly working as a TCD, Schenfeld returned to full-time package car driving in 2012, proudly representing the Dallas Hub as a Texas Teamster. Since then, he has actively served Local 767 members as a Union Steward and Business Agent, consistently demonstrating his dedication to union democracy and steadfastly standing by his fellow workers.

Schenfeld believes that his purpose lies in helping, empowering, and serving the membership. He strives to deliver a union that not only has its members' backs but also fosters true worker empowerment. His leadership vision is rooted in the principle that every Teamster deserves unwavering support and representation.

F. Christophe Silvera has served as the Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer of Teamsters Local 808 in Long Island City, New York, since January 1990, making him the longest-serving principal officer in the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He is now a candidate for Vice President at Large on the FEARLESS SLATE, championing union democracy and worker empowerment.

Silvera began his career in 1982 by organizing his Conrail co-workers to join the Teamsters. Under his leadership, Local 808 has emerged as a beacon of labor activism and militancy, representing a diverse array of workers. He is renowned for securing significant contract improvements and negotiating a groundbreaking 'shutdown agreement' with Swingline.

In 1999, he made history as the first elected chairman of the Teamsters National Black Caucus, and he played a pivotal role in persuading President Bush to rescind an Executive Order that impacted post-Katrina rebuilding efforts. Silvera’s proven track record and unwavering commitment to advocating for workers make him a formidable candidate for leadership within the Teamsters.

Leonard Stoehr is a dedicated 31-year Teamster and proud member of Teamsters Local No. 728 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is running for Vice President At-Large on the FEARLESS SLATE, passionately emphasizing the importance of union democracy and worker empowerment. 

With over three decades of experience in Teamsters leadership, Leonard’s extensive background includes 11 years as a union representative at Teamsters Local 206 in Oregon, as well as serving as an IBT Western Representative for Passenger Transportation. His commitment to the union is unwavering, and he stands firmly behind Richard Hooker and the entire Fearless Slate in their mission to strengthen the union and advocate fiercely for its members.

  Geno “Geno” O’Donnell is a candidate for Vice President At-Large on the FEARLESS SLATE. With more than 35 years in the aviation industry and nearly two decades as an active Teamster, O’Donnell has built his career around organizing, shop-floor advocacy, and fighting for airline workers’ rights.

 An Aircraft Maintenance Technician with United Airlines and a member of Teamsters Local 19, O’Donnell played a key role in organizing efforts at United Airlines and Horizon Airlines while serving as Chief Shop Steward for United technicians in LAX. Prior to joining the Teamsters, he was also active in IAM Local 1932. 

Before his airline career, O’Donnell worked across the aerospace industry with companies including Rockwell International, McDonnell Douglas, and Northrop, contributing to major aerospace programs throughout his career. As a candidate for Southern Region Vice President, he is committed to strong rank-and-file representation, protecting union jobs, and strengthening contracts for working families. 

Candidate for Vice President At-Large

Danny Hebert has been a proud Teamster in the grocery industry for more than 30 years, building his career through firsthand experience on the job and a longstanding commitment to representing working people. Throughout his time in the union, he has earned the trust of members by standing up for fairness, accountability, and strong representation in the workplace.

His leadership journey includes 10 years serving as a Shop Steward, where he worked directly with members to address workplace issues, enforce contracts, and advocate for fair treatment on the job. He later served 5 years as a Business Agent, representing members and navigating grievances, negotiations, and the day-to-day challenges workers face.

Danny also served two terms as Vice President of Local 952, gaining extensive experience in union leadership and member advocacy. Across every role, he has remained committed to protecting workers’ rights, strengthening union representation, and ensuring members have a voice in the decisions that affect their livelihoods.

With decades of experience spanning the shop floor to union leadership, Danny brings practical knowledge, steady leadership, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing Teamsters today. As a candidate for Vice President At-Large on the FEARLESS Slate, he is committed to fighting for transparency, stronger representation, and a union that remains focused on the needs of its membership.

Candidate for Vice President At-Large

Mark “Yogi” Miller helped organize his facility in 1998 and officially became a Teamster in 1999. Early in his union career, he was elected to the first negotiating committee at his workplace and, following ratification of that contract, was elected Chief Steward.

In 2004, Miller was elected Trustee on the Executive Board of Local 92, beginning decades of elected service representing Teamster members. His experience also includes serving as a Project Organizer for the International, where he worked on organizing campaigns involving companies including Waste Management, United Airlines mechanics, and First Student.

In 2017, he was elected Recording Secretary for Local 92, continuing a long record of union leadership and member advocacy.

After an unsuccessful election in 2026, Miller returned to work as a driver at Republic — staying connected to the day-to-day realities facing working Teamsters.

Now running for Vice President At-Large on the FEARLESS Slate, Miller brings nearly three decades of experience in organizing, bargaining, representation, and elected union leadership. He embodies the principles of union democracy and worker empowerment, and now he is bringing that same fierce commitment to the national stage.

Candidate for Vice President At-Large

Michael Moxley serves as the President of Teamsters Local 29 in Virginia and is a candidate for Vice President At-Large. He stepped into this role out of frustration with the persistent neglect of members' voices, unresolved grievances, and the inaction against UPS management. Since taking office, Moxley has dedicated himself to restoring transparency, holding management accountable, and ensuring that every member's voice is not only heard but valued. 

He embodies the principles of union democracy and worker empowerment, and now he is bringing that same fierce commitment to the national stage. Moxley is challenging the current leadership of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, advocating for genuine accountability and member-driven leadership that prioritizes the needs and aspirations of all Teamsters.

Candidate for Western Region Vice President

Brother Hannibal Aguilar is a candidate for Western Region Vice President on the FEARLESS SLATE. His journey in the labor movement began in East Los Angeles in 1996 as a Package Handler at UPS, and he is now a dedicated Package Car Driver at the Olympic Hub in Downtown Los Angeles.

Aguilar’s commitment to the Teamsters was solidified during the pivotal 1997 UPS strike, where he stood on the front lines. This experience launched him into a career of advocacy, culminating in 24 years of service as a Shop Steward for Local 396. He has consistently taken on tough challenges, including early involvement in the Teamster Amazon Campaign, where he worked to halt the construction of an Amazon facility in a Los Angeles suburb.

A staunch believer in the power of united labor, Hannibal demonstrated his unwavering support during the 2023 Hollywood strikes, using his lunch break to walk the WGA and SAG-AFTRA picket lines daily in solidarity. His career has been marked by deep involvement in political and union organizing, driven by a mission to educate others on the value of union solidarity. He firmly believes that informed and united workers are vital for securing fair wages, safe working conditions, and a strong future for the labor movement.

Candidate for Southern Region Vice President

Gale Hescott is a proud member of Teamsters Local 657, with over a decade of dedicated service to the union. For nine of those years, she has actively served as a Shop Steward at UPS, advocating for her fellow workers.

Sister Gale firmly believes that workers deserve more than just a paycheck—they deserve respect, protection, and a meaningful voice on the job. She stands resolutely for fair wages, safe working conditions, and strong contracts that prioritize people over profit. 

To her, solidarity is not merely a word; it is a call to action. Gale is committed to organizing, speaking up, and fostering a sense of unity among workers. Together, she believes we can build strength, defend our rights, and fight for a future where every worker is treated with dignity.

Candidate for Western Region Vice President

Eric Johnson has been a Teamster since 1984. His journey in Teamsters leadership began during summers and winter breaks on the docks of Jersey, where he worked for companies such as CF, ABF, Yellow, and New Penn. In 1993, he secured a full-time position with ABF. His career path took him west to Montana in 1995, where he found his permanent home with UPS as a full-time Feeder Driver on December 26, 1995.

For over a decade, Johnson has served as a Shop Steward, advocating for union democracy and fighting for workers' rights. His involvement with Local 190 has addressed significant issues, including operational changes and the critical fight against the use of cameras in the workplace. Moreover, his commitment extends beyond the workplace; he has helped organize blood drives and raised funds for the local food bank, believing that a strong union is built on worker empowerment and a vibrant community.

Now, as a candidate on the FEARLESS SLATE for Western Region Vice President, Eric Johnson is ready to elevate the fight for workers' rights to the next level. He pledges to bring the same hard work, dedication, and passion that have defined his career to the leadership of this union. Candidate for Central Region Vice President

 Tameka LeNoir is proud to be running for Central Region Vice President. She has worked the last six years at UPS as a Feeder Driver and is a proud member of Teamsters Local 710. She also holds a master’s degree in Communication and Human Service Administration, giving her both the education and real-world experience to fight for working people.

Working at UPS has given Tameka firsthand experience with the everyday issues members deal with on the job. She knows what it’s like to work hard, deal with challenges in the workplace, and want leadership that truly listens and stands with the members.

Tameka is committed to stronger communication, more transparency, accountability, and fair representation for every member. She believes leadership should be present, approachable, and focused on getting real results that protect and strengthen the union.

She stands for unity, respect, and moving the union forward. Her goal is to help build a stronger union where every member feels heard, valued, and protected.

Candidate for Southern Region Vice President

A Teamster since 1997, Jesse Molinar has dedicated nearly three decades to serving working people and strengthening the union. What began as a seasonal peak hire at UPS developed into a 29-year Teamster career, including 26 years as a package car driver and a longstanding commitment to representing fellow members on the job.

For approximately 15 years, he served as a shop steward, helping members navigate workplace issues, enforce contract rights, and ensure that workers had a voice when it mattered most. His years on the shop floor provided firsthand insight into the challenges Teamsters face every day and reinforced his belief that strong unions are built through active member involvement and accountable leadership.

His commitment to service led him to take on greater responsibilities within Local 577 in Amarillo, Texas. In 2022, he was elected Secretary-Treasurer and assumed office in January 2023. During his tenure, he also served as a Business Agent, representing members and working to address workplace concerns across the local. Although his time in office was brief, he made the difficult decision to step away when he felt the direction of the local no longer aligned with the principles and values he believed should guide union leadership.

Throughout his career, Molinar has remained committed to the idea that union officers are elected to serve the membership—not themselves. He believes transparency, accountability, and member engagement are essential to building a stronger union and protecting the rights of working Teamsters.

A husband and father of six, Molinar understands the importance of secure jobs, strong contracts, and honest representation. He believes the future of the Teamsters depends on leaders who stay connected to the membership, listen to workers' concerns, and never lose sight of who they were elected to represent.

Candidate for Central Region Vice President

Rob Nixon Jr. is a proud member of Teamsters Local 100 with nearly 30 years of dedicated service as a Teamster. He is currently running for Central Region Vice President on the FEARLESS Slate.

Nixon began his career as a part-time employee at the Cincinnati hub, where he worked for nine years before moving into his current role as a feeder driver out of Sharonville. Early in his career, he was mentored by veteran Teamsters whose values of solidarity, accountability, and standing up for fellow workers continue to shape his approach to union leadership today.

For the past six years, Nixon has served as a steward in the Sharonville feeders department and currently serves as Head Steward. He stepped into that role after seeing coworkers feel intimidated, disrespected, or afraid to file grievances and stand up for themselves.

As a steward, Nixon has worked to ensure members understand their rights, have representation when they need it, and know they do not have to face management alone.

Now, as a candidate for Central Region Vice President on the FEARLESS Slate, Nixon is focused on empowering members to take action, strengthening representation, and holding management accountable at every level.

 Candidate for Western Region Vice President

A Teamster since 2002, Michael Raziano began his career at Bragg Heavy Transport before joining Vons, where he has spent years serving and representing his fellow members. For approximately a decade, he has served as a Shop Steward, helping workers navigate workplace issues, enforce contracts, and protect their rights on the job.

In addition to his service as a steward, he previously served as a Business Agent, gaining valuable experience representing members and addressing workplace concerns. Throughout his Teamster career, he has been a strong advocate for safer working conditions and has played a role in securing driver and workplace safety improvements that have benefited members on the job.

As a candidate for Western Region Vice President, he brings more than two decades of Teamster experience, a practical understanding of workplace challenges, and a commitment to standing up for working Teamsters.

Candidate for Central Region Vice President

Chris Schafer has been a proud Teamster since September 2013, when he began working as a UPS Feeder Driver and joined Local 100 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then, he has dedicated himself to representing and educating his fellow members, serving for years as a union steward and helping workers understand and enforce the rights guaranteed under their contract.

Working alongside other stewards, Schafer has focused on empowering members through education and engagement, believing that an informed membership is the foundation of a strong union. Whether addressing workplace issues, enforcing contractual protections, or holding management accountable, he has consistently worked to ensure that members have the knowledge and confidence to stand up for themselves and one another.

In addition to his Teamster experience, Schafer brings valuable leadership skills developed through his military service. Those experiences reinforced the importance of accountability, integrity, teamwork, and service—principles that continue to guide his work on behalf of Teamster members today.

As a candidate for Central Region Vice President on the FEARLESS Slate, Schafer believes the International Brotherhood of Teamsters must recommit itself to its members by returning to the fundamentals that built the union. Michael Sparks is proudly running for the position of Western Region Vice President on the FEARLESS SLATE. A dedicated member of Teamsters Local 399, Brother Sparks brings over 25 years of invaluable experience within the Teamsters. His career is characterized by hands-on leadership and an unwavering commitment to union values and member representation.

Raised in a strong union family, he obtained his Class A license through the Teamsters Training Fund, launching his career as a transportation driver in the motion picture and television industry. Throughout his tenure, Sparks has held nearly every position in transportation, advancing from driver to overseeing large-scale logistics and basecamp operations on major productions both across the United States and internationally.

His extensive experience managing complex operations and fostering direct relationships with rank-and-file members fuels his dedication to union democracy, contract enforcement, and fearless representation for all Teamsters. As he campaigns for Western Region Vice President, Michael Sparks is committed to ensuring that every member’s voice is heard and respected.

Candidate for Eastern Region Vice President

Jeffrey Vaughan serves as Secretary-Treasurer, Business Agent, and Principal Officer of Teamsters Local No. 29 in Verona, VA. He is a candidate for Eastern Region Vice President on the FEARLESS SLATE, bringing 33 years of experience with UPS to the table. His career has encompassed various roles, from Preloader to Full-Time Package Car Driver in Charlottesville, VA, where he has also dedicated over 25 years as a Shop Steward.

As he campaigns for Vice President at Large, Vaughan is resolutely committed to promoting union democracy and advocating for the rights of every Teamster. His vision includes ensuring company accountability, restoring union unity, and enhancing wages, pensions, and healthcare benefits to empower workers. With a focus on building a stronger, more equitable union, Vaughan stands ready to champion the interests of all members and drive meaningful change within the Brotherhood.

Candidate for Eastern Region Vice President

Sean C. Williams is a 25-year Teamster from Charlotte, North Carolina, with a long record of advocating for workers’ rights, workplace safety, and strong member representation. He is currently a UPS driver and has spent decades serving fellow Teamsters both on the shop floor and in elected union roles.

Williams served six years as a Trustee on his Local’s Executive Board and has been a Shop Steward for more than 15 years — representing members, defending contract rights, and standing up for workers when they need support. Fighting for members and ensuring strong representation has remained central to his union work throughout his career.

His union experience also includes service at the national level, where he spent four years on a Teamster reform steering committee, including two years in a leadership role.

Before and during his union service, Williams served his country honorably for 10 years in the United States Navy while continuing his education through Saint Leo University. The values of service, accountability, and commitment have carried through both his military and labor experience.

Now, as a candidate for Eastern Region Vice President on the FEARLESS Slate, Williams brings decades of experience in representation, workplace advocacy, and member-focused leadership.
