What began as a seasonal peak hire at UPS developed into a 29-year Teamster career, including 26 years as a package car driver and a longstanding commitment to representing fellow members on the job.
For approximately 15 years, he served as a shop steward, helping members navigate workplace issues, enforce contract rights, and ensure that workers had a voice when it mattered most. His years on the shop floor provided firsthand insight into the challenges Teamsters face every day and reinforced his belief that strong unions are built through active member involvement and accountable leadership.
His commitment to service led him to take on greater responsibilities within Local 577 in Amarillo, Texas. In 2022, he was elected Secretary-Treasurer and assumed office in January 2023. During his tenure, he also served as a Business Agent, representing members and working to address workplace concerns across the local. Although his time in office was brief, he made the difficult decision to step away when he felt the direction of the local no longer aligned with the principles and values he believed should guide union leadership.
Throughout his career, Molinar has remained committed to the idea that union officers are elected to serve the membership—not themselves. He believes transparency, accountability, and member engagement are essential to building a stronger union and protecting the rights of working Teamsters.

For the past 28 years, Aubry has held the position of Chief Steward, focusing on educating members about union operations and the importance of collective participation. He believes the grievance process is vital and advocates for effective actions to secure positive results for members. With nearly three decades of experience, Aubry has assisted many Teamsters in filing grievances against unfair workplace practices.
As a hands-on leader, Aubry has been a vocal advocate for his members, ensuring they understand that the Teamsters Local Executive Boards work for them. He is running as a candidate for International Trustee on the FEARLESS SLATE, committed to strengthening the union and empowering its members.

With a total of 37 years of experience representing her coworkers, Sister Marianna is committed to empowering her fellow Teamsters and advocating for their rights.
